Question I have 16 gb installed but when i game for +30 min my pc loses all the memory?

My problem is that when I open a game my ram starts degreasing in availability and usage? Then after 30 min of gametime my fps gets about 9 and my pc is unusable.... and has all of my ram used?

The game I played was call of duty: modern warfare. But that's not the problem because it's the same in csgo...

PC specs:
Gpu: Rx 5700 sapphire pulse
Cpu: ryzen 3600
Motherboard: Asus prime x570-p
Ram: corsair vengeance 16 GB 3000 mhz
But I cpuz it says only 1497??

Thank you for explaining the last thing.

But i don't think its malware, because I just installed a fresh windows 10? And I don't no maybe it's just me being stupid, but would it not show on the task manager if it was a program using it all, instead of everything being cahed?

And the thing that is most confusing is that it's only in games the problem appears?
