Question I have 16GB RAM Installed BUT

Hi,I have 16GB RAM installed, but when im in game setting it shows 8GB why?Is it normal? Especially on COD MW sometimes it shutters is it my RAM or my CPU ?
My Specs:
i5-7600
Asus ROG STRIX GTX 1070 OC
Asus ROG STRIX Z270G Gaming
16 GB RAM (Installed 2nd and 4th)

First i had 8GB RAM then bought the same RAM,same speed and installed it which is now 16GB

You sure the game isn't reporting Vram? The 1070 has 8Gb of vram.
The stutter in MW is likely due to only having a 4 threads.

It clearly shows, ram is 16GB.
8GB is vram of your graphics card.

Is it enough for COD MW? Cuz sometimes it keeps shuttering is it cuz of my CPU?

Monitor your CPU usage in game. If the CPU is a 100% when the stuttering occurs then that's the problem. It could mean you need an upgrade or just need to minimize the processes running in the background to free up cpu resources.

I did it shows between 92% to 100% then I guess it's my CPU tnx anyway
