I have 2;1 speakers what setting should i have on my pc

HI im on vista and have realtek . im using sweex 2;1 sound system which is very good . what i would like to know is ,what setting to be on ie stereo 5;1 or quadraphonic ? im guessing one of the first 2 ,but not sure which reguards Tim in wakefield uk

you realize you are saying the options are:

- stereo 5
- 1
- quadrophonic


if those were my options.. i would guess quadrophonic for left/right speakers.
