Any tips?
im playing GTA V but temps are 80c to 83c
Im running
ASRock H61M-VG4 mini atx
I5-3550 of course with heatsink
HyperX 2x8gb DDR3
OCPC RX580 4gb Dual Fan
and i have 2 case fans.

A lot depends how the fans are situated. I had 4 fans at front and top/back of my current case. I realised most air goes over the top of the gpu and not underneath where the fans for the gpu are. I added a 140mm fan to the bottom of my case (it has intake and filter on the bottom) and my gpu temps during gaming dropped about 5 degrees and the fan on the bottom was only running at 700-800rpm.

I have one intake at front perpendicular to the gpu and one exhaust at rear next to the io ports

It seems those temps are a little bit usual for the said GPU.
If you have available fans slots, I'd recommend adding more fans to get the airflow increased that will affect the Temps.

Have you set the fan curve manually to a bit aggressive one? So that the built in fan of the GPU will rotate faster than usual to get the temps down?

im on default settings

The fan at the rear, is it near the top? If you look at your case from the side and think what’s the easiest path for the air to flow from front fan to rear fan. With my case the easiest path was above the gpu with nothing to direct the air below the gpu.
The one on the rear is on on the side and not on the top. i figured that the air will go over the gpu and cool it down. so should i change it?

I don’t know your configuration but normally the gpu fans are underneath so air going over the top is not helping feed the fans with cool air. I would also expect a fan at the top of the case to expel hot air that has risen to the top of the case. It does sound like poor airflow but without seeing it I am guessing.

and is my gpu slightly bent? or that is normal? because i have a mini-atx motherboard.
