I don't usually do this but if that's what you require than I'd say come up with another $10.00 and buy this deal:
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883103384
Your getting an awful lot for $309.00 (and free shipping).
Good luck to you.

Depends on what you got already.

some of the fixed cost such os along cost about $100. Then there is monitor, case, hhd, ram ect before we get into the costly stuff that is cpu/mobo/gpu

second hand system sound like an idea to go.

Do you need a monitor as well?

Go to craigslist and find the area closest to yours and put the link on the forum,I can look through and see if there are any good used deals.

You know that the game is F2P you have to pay quite a bit if you want the full features.

At your budget you can buy this http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883148017 and add a gpu. My only worry is that you would have to replace psu as well.
And this dual core (with no GPU) is better than the quad core I suggested (without a GPU) is better how? Your suggestion doesn't even come with an OS. $100.00 for an os - another $100.00 for a GPU - $20.00 or so for 2 more gigs of ram and he's $100.00 over budget. If he''s going to go $100.00 over he'd be better off with mine. 😀

didn't notice the lack of an os good call.

I know it's hard but just save up and wait a bit. That's a lot better than rushing and buying something you won't be happy with later. Trust me - I've been there.
