Question I have 8GB of ram but 4.9 is only being used..

I have 8GB of ram inside my pc, but its only used 4.9GB, it says like 3.9GB is reserved but i dont want it to be, its limiting me from what games i can play because its capped at 4.9GB for some reasons, any fixes or answers please respond. Thank You

system spec? sound like it reserved for the igpu
