I have a 2002 AKAI tv mod number PT5492 will not turn on only the red timer light comes on

I could unplug it for a few min and it would turn on now that wont work

I fixed my AKAI tv I made sure all capacitors were good then I unpluged it for a night to make sure all power was depleted inside I carefully cleaned the whole inside circuit boards and all with a soft brush and a vacuum, I believe it was all the dust keeping it from cooling it self properly and I have not used any of the system timers since then. If you have a similar prop and wnt to try my fix mak sure you have some experience with electronics or electricty and be very gental you can break things very easy
