I would download an ISO image of Windows 7 of the same version that you are using from HERE and then burn to a DVD or make a USB installer with THIS tool and instructions. You can then do a complete Windows 7 re-installation and then load the drivers obtained from ACER SUPPORT. Then you can activate your Windows using the key on the sticker on your computer.
