I have a 750 w platinum power supply
24 Gb Ram ( 8 gb xms 1333mhz and 16 ghz 2400 Vengance )
Amd 6300 Black edition
990 fxa - ud3 mobo
R7870 graphics Ghost DD
Nvidia GT 520 and a Nvidia ASUS 8400 gs
Western Digital Green 500 Gb HD
Water cooled with a MSI dragon with a noctua ultra quiet fan

Mine is a budget build so no intel they are double the price of the AMD range and are therefore unaffordable !! I really need better fps and overall performance (not intel) .

I am looking to up grade to a R295x2 and a amd 9590 (£175) to do this will this set up do it !!

Also was looking at a 970 Nvidia SLI ( £600 )set up but would prefer to go with the R295x2 (£575) .

Could you advise me as to what is necessary to get where I want to be !!

I was also looking through some web pages and no that I might have top replace the psu and saw the evga 1600 w. Could you clear up the idle demand debate and the peak consumption cause that's hard to find !! Also I have heard that the 990 fxa mobo consumes 200w power anyuway is this true !!

Changed the 6300 to a 9590 and used an article about avoiding freezes to get it to work( if anyone reads this and wonders what you have to do there is an article with voltage mods for the cpu that works .) . And went with 2x Sli 970 gtx for graphics. The stream runs smooth and there are few graphics problems. Looking at an intel set up and a Pascal Titan possibly a 1080 Ti but ok for now . This was the cheapest streamer but intel has better chips in the 6700k for 1080 (preferedly for more money looking at the 59 and 69 chips for 4k )and the 980Ti has come down in price. Some have said that the 980 gtx is not enough for graphics as they have upped the graphics settings and still want a pro looking stream so !!!!!! The 980 Ti is a safe bet for a quality stream but many have doubts as to 4k streaming and hope the Pascal Titan x will perform well !
