I have a budget like 500 euros and i want to upgrade my cpu and gpu but i dont know how many watts is my psu

Hey i want a new pc and i was thinging to build one but i want something very good and now my budget is 500 euros.My idea is to upgrade my 2010 pc that i have now with an intel pentium and a gtx 1030 so i can save more money to build a good high end pc in future.But i dont know how many watts my psu have to upgrade the cpu and gpu.I think i cant upgrade it so i have to change the psu but I have never built / upgraded a computer anytime.Please help me...

My first computer build, I read the motherboard manual five times from front to back before I even tried putting it in the case. There's nothing wrong with being afraid and yes, mistakes can be costly.

Again, building it yourself is a decision only you can make. It's one I'm glad I made and once I finally understood what I was doing, it became a no-brainer for me. I suspect it will be so with you as well, but you have to decide to take that step.
