Question I have a Geil 2666mhz 4gb ram dual channel. But why it shows 2132mhz (1066)? How do I set it to right speed?

Adding another detail is that in timing table in xmp it shows 1333mhz .
My Processor is ryzen 3 2200g
Mobo Asrock A320m Hdv R4.0

2133 is the standard memory speed until xmp is enabled in the bios.

Is XMP safe for Ram and could you tell me how do I turn that safely...

Xmp should automatically adjust voltage. Check dram voltage is set to 1.35v though, it should be once xmp is enabled.

Yeah I have done it. Thank you sir.
But my ram specify the voltage to be 1.2v in the box . But I have set it to 1.35 as per xmp will it be okey?

1.2v 2133 guaranteed to work at standard jedec profile. Cpuz shows your ram has an xmp profile embedded in the memory which the motherboard will recognise and once xmp is enabled will allow the ram or should allow to run at rated speed of 2666 at 1.35v.
