Question I have a hater at work

This guy is an evil person,I have to deal with him day to day....I find my desktop when I log on has 5 folders.These 5 folders I never put there.They all are work related logs,so I'm hacked.I have eset,did malwarebytes.Hes dumb so he paid someone.what can I do to stop tjis or it may seem too late.

There is little or nothing we out here can do to assist this.

Lock your workstation when you're away.
Tell your manager.
