[SOLVED] I have a i5 7400 H110M PRO-VH PLUS mobo with xmp said with can i run 3200mhz ram?

My computer spec is
I5 7400
H110M PRO-VH PLUS mobo
GTX 1050 TI

Also the H110M PRO-VH PLUS mobo said that it can only support 2133mhz ram speed, but right now im using 8gb 2400mhz and also currently running at 2400mhz newbie question here Task Manager

If it’s actually running at 2400mhz then that’s lucky, the spec page says “ DDR4 2133 MHz and higher memory modules will only run at maximum of DDR4 2133 MHz on XMP mode due to Intel® chipset limitation”

I have my XMP mode in auto, Also im curious if i can run 3200mhz ram when i change the XMP profile at 3200mhz

Max supported ram speed seems to move depending on where you look on the web.
The mobo site says 2133.
Kingston says 2666.
Try a set of 3200 see how high you can go.
