Pc spec:E5 1650 v2, rx 580 8gb, 32gb ram ddr3 1600mhz.
What i tried put diffrent cpu, tried every ram slot with one stick off ram. Tried run without gpu.
Cleared cmos.
The pins looks good
(sorry if my english bad its my second luanguage).

That CPU lacks an iGPU, so you must have a working GPU installed. Are there any signs of life? Fans turning, LEDs lit, etc?

Also, make sure that both the 8-pin and 24-pin power connectors are firmly attached to the motherboard and PSU (if your PSU is modular).

Yra everthing glows for 3 sec andfans spins for 3 sec and pc restarts. And psu is plug in fully and correcly 😅

Do you have access to a non-Xeon compatible CPU?

When you installed the motherboard, were there any mounting points (standoffs) on the case that you didn't use? Any extras that may come into contact with the motherboard?

Also, have you inspected the ATX plate (I/O panel) to make sure nothing is poking into any of the motherboard ports, like the little grounding fingers?

Recently played with the CPU? Removed etc? And I have an old i7 4790 you can have if if you didnt bend a pin.

yikes. Compatible with the LGA 2011 socket/ woops. Had it at 1600mhzdd3. Wrong socket. Disregard.

Stand corrected. Hardware is my second language.

No everthing looks good. Ram slots, socket pins, usb, internet port. But yea sadly only xeon but i know the cpus is working perfecly beacos i tested at other mashine (my brother's).

Aside from random memory, what common components are in your build between the two motherboards you have tested (i.e, case, GPU, PSU, storage devices, etc)? Have you disconnected all storage devices and just left the mobo, CPU, memory, GPU, and PSU and powered on the system?

Have you tested either motherboard in another system?

Have either of these motherboards ever worked while you owned them?

Every part is diffrent acept. Its xeon and not i7.

That is certainly possible given their age.

Seems to verify, you know you have least one good PSU, CPU, GPU, and one stick of compatible memory. Once you know that, you test each motherboard with those known good parts.
Yeaa.. thanks for the help. Maybe there someone ho fixed there board (p9x79 pro) beacos i think it disease with this failure off the board:)

"Fixing" a defective motherboard is generally beyond the typical user's capability. Have you physically examined each motherboard? Looked for any signs of damage?

We are talking about 12+ year old tech. That ran hot in its prime. Could be matter of some motherboard component failing.
