"Fixing" a defective motherboard is generally beyond the typical user's capability. Have you physically examined each motherboard? Looked for any signs of damage?

We are talking about 12+ year old tech. That ran hot in its prime. Could be matter of some motherboard component failing.
No everthing looks good like new. And i will probably give to repairing shop if they will ask 80eur for the idk if it worth fixing in my country this board cost used around 100eurus😅

I would assume both are DOA if you have tested each with good memory, CPU, GPU, and PSU.

Of course, you do have to have the proper BIOS for the Xeon to work at all. That is how we started the conversation.
Yea i have the latest bios maybe bios chip off both died. Beacos when i do flash back it blinks 5 times then stays blue it's abit to fast i would say🤔

Most motherboards of that era required a compatible CPU installed BEFORE updating the BIOS. This very well could be the issue and why I asked about a consumer class CPU earlier.
Maybe. But when i watch about this mb the asus said this mb don't need cpu ram or anything like that it just need power and mb self. U plug usb press flashback and that it.

Understood. I see the feature, but I think you still need a compatible CPU before using.

From the manual: USB BIOS Flashback
USB BIOS Flashback offers the most convenient way to flash the BIOS ever! It allows
overclockers to try new BIOS versions easily, without even entering their existing BIOS or
operating system. Just plug in USB storage and push the dedicated button for 3 seconds,
and the BIOS is automatically flashed using standby power. Worry-free overclocking for the
ultimate convenience!

Section 2.3.10 is useful.

Or maybe 32gb stick is too big for this old mb and thats why it fails to flashback. Ohh btw 5 blinks means fail of flashback
