I Have A Question about Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit OEM

So I am getting ready to build a PC soon so I need to install windows. Do I need to buy The OEM version, the system builder version, or the normal version? I am very confused about this.

The "System Builder OEM" version is only licensed to be installed on one motherboard. If you would like to be able to transfer it to a new computer at one point or another, the "normal" version is what you want, although I don't see many places selling the full version anymore.
