I have a stock Dell Precision Workstation T3500, I plan on upgrading the video card to Zotac GTX 650 TI 2GB, Need some hel

It is a Dell Precision Workstation T3500, nothing was changed from the inside yet.

Currently with a Nvidia Quadro NVS 295. I plan to upgrade to the Zotac GTX 650 TI 2gb.
But a lot of things worry me, i'm completely new to upgrading computers. I don't know if i need to change the powersupply, or add a new RAM. I need some tips and suggestions please. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

Your system has a ; 525W power supply which is enough to power the GTX 650 Ti easily.
Once your PSU has a 6 pin connector, THEN YOU ARE FINE!

Thats the max amount of power one graphics card can receive at a time. The 650 TI draws less than 70 watts which makes that PSU more than fine for it.

What might be confusing you is that the numbers from Anand Tech are for *total* system power consumption, not just the 650 Ti's power consumption.

According to Nvidia, the 650Ti has a maximum power draw of 134w:
http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-650ti-boost/specifications

That's still well under 150w, so your PSU is more than powerful enough to handle the load from the 650 Ti.

The Dell Precision T3500 has one six pin GPU power connector. I have a GTX 750TI OC in mine and it requires one for OCing.
