I have a VM Superhub 2 and the download speed is 4mbps

Giving a speed without any other details does not help. This maybe the speed you are getting from the ISP and it's normal.

If it's lower than what you should be getting by a lot, test it on a Ethernet cable. If still low, reboot the modem and router. If low after that, contact your ISP.
