I have always Disk 100%,what cand I do?

I always have lag because of this.I tried stopping superfetch and windows search from services.msc but it doesn't seem to work,it goes again at 70%-100%.I got 1TB and I don't even have 100 GB used of it,

Check your pagefil settings. Make sure it's set to System Managed size. Also run several different virus scans using online scanners.

Do you use chrome? If you do, and the prefetch/search fixes aren't working, check your scheduled tasks for Chromes startup entries. I've had that scheduled task go rouge and cause 100% disk usage and it mimics the prefetch/search problem. Simply deleting that entry can fix the issue if its Chrome related.
