I have gigabyte 945gcm-s2l and intel pentium dual-core e5200 2.50ghz 2GB ram can i upgrade to 4 GB RAM ?

I have gigabyte 945gcm-s2l and intel pentium dual-core e5200 2.50ghz 2GB ram and Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit and i wanna upgrade it to 4gb ram. If i can upgrade it which ram card would be the best for my system ?

And an extra question which graphic would be the best if i upgrade to 4gb ram ?
