I have gigabyte motherboard but sound driver is not working

I have gigabyte motherboard. In build sound driver is not working. then I bought i sound card. I installed and sound icon showing but when i play music no sound.

What error in device manager ?

Make sure speakers are not muted.
Make sure Windows Audio Service is set to Automatic & Started. (Run services.msc)
Download & save to your desktop, Audio drivers for your computer model and Operating System from your Computer MFG Site. (Do not Install yet)
Uninstall Audio Drivers in Device manager & Reboot.

When new hardware is detected, point to desktop for drivers.
