Hello I need help I built new pc but as title says my screen is tearing, and audio is tearing with it.
Here are few wids I recorded with phone they are all just few seconds long( at phone it is really hard to spot but at my 144Hz monitor these tears are horrible)
https://youtu.be/dm5gWb696g4
https://youtu.be/5Ew2GMFNOLk
https://youtu.be/tgwKqSAwbH8
https://youtu.be/gnxQOzRyrGI
https://youtu.be/OZBIeQ0_SMs
https://youtu.be/-koSWQ5Qa-U

As you can see even if I move windows (this doesn't occur until I play some game neither does sound tearing, basically this tearing starts when I start play game)

I think when I play more time pass while playing my screen is tearing more.

I tried uinstall and install chipset drivers, sound drivers, graphic drivers (I didnt install nvdia experience), even turning off xmp profile didn't work and i didnt do any other overclocking. I checked spikes with msi afterburner while playing with tearing screen but didn't see any. Ram usage gpu usage cpu usage nothing unusually

My pc :
Ryzen 5 2600
Gtx 10606gb
Msi tomahawk b450
Power supply Evolve G650 black 80+ gold
Patriot Viper RGB Series 16gb ddr4 3200mhz black

Windows is at m2 ssd and csgo is at normal ssd.
I know my graphic card is ok because I had it in old pc and it worked fine (same with ssd)

This whole situation is driving me mad so sorry for my English it's not my native language I will be very thankful for any help!

Solution
It has to be the cable. Your new system is way better than the old one. I'd start there and troubleshoot with different high refresh rate cables. You can also try the old psu. You have a lot of troubleshooting to try based on all my posts.
The screen tear is due to the framerate being higher (or lower) than your screen refresh rate. Simply lock the framerate to the minimum fps you obtain in game to eliminate the issue altogether, or you can lock it to your screen's resolution. Just keep in mind if the framerate dips under 144 FPS when locked to your screen resolution, you may still experience the tearing.

Yes it is. I'm starting to think if it can be other components (no specific reason just trying to think of any solution) can it be caused by motherboard? Because it's true that I bought it from store cheaper because some costumer returnet it after 12 months in 24 month warranty, but they said it works as new.

It didn't. And to be more specific about my problem the thing is with this tearing that as I start play I dont have any but as time pass it starts tearing, first I notice it is tearing around corners but as I tol more time pass more tearing everywhere...

1. Try reseating the card into the PCI-E slot and make sure the PSU cables are pushed all the way into the graphics card.
2. Try another monitor to see if the screen tearing persists. You can purchase one to test with then make use of the return policy.

I will try it tomorrow and I will Inform you about it, I need to go sleep because of job. And thing is I don't believe my monitor is issue because I used it with my old pc (which had gpu that I am using right now) and It didn't have any problem with tearing at all

Try another port on the graphics card, then try a different cable. What cable are you using?

I don't have that cable. And can't it be caused by some other hardware because when I play It doesn't tear at all but after while I notice it around corners and after 10-15 min almost all my screen is tearing, both with vsync on or off

And can it be that I installed all drivers from motherboard and nvidia website and just after that I restarted my pc? (do I have to restart pc after every driver individually? And is there specific order)

Same gtx 1060 6gb
Ddr3 16gb 1666mhz Im not sure about freq of ram
Same ssd and 1tb hard drive that I have in new pc too
Some 500w power supply I think
