[SOLVED] I have Input Lag only in games?

So I built my new PC and when I try to play games I have input lag? I know its not my monitors because when im just on google or youtube, there is no input lag when I move my mouse or type. Ive tried turning VSYNC on and off and it doesnt help. Can someone please tell me why its doing this and how to fix it please?

Im playing Overwatch at Epic settings. But even on an old game like TF2 it still has input lag? I have a ryzen 5 2600 and 16gb of ram so i dont think its my hardware?

mine and your hardware is pretty similar minus the gpu but you should be able to play, on overwatch try lowering the graphic settings, to like medium or high and see if that makes a difference, also can try enabling reduce buffering, as for TF2 try the same thing.

You were right, I overcloaked it from 3.4 to 3.9 and it runs smoothly now! Thank you!
