I have installed 2 different recommended programs to delete the partition that windows 7 made with installation and they don't

I finally decided to upgrade to Windows 7 from XP because I was having issues with printing on Ebay with Java and other programs. I purchased PCMover and started the process. Well, that said, Windows 7 took my 1.4 TB hard drive and partitioned it. It put all my old hard drive files and programs along with Windows 7 and made a partition with the remaining 1+tb on a partition I am unable to access. I tried to delete the partition but it was not highlighted and did not let me select it. It numbered it "0" so I installed EaseUS Partition Master and it won't let me either. I can't run PCMover because it says I don't have enough space to run it. I won't recognize my wifi adapter and so I can't go online from my pc, I have to use my husbands.

You need to do a CLEAN install, after backing up your important files and personal documents. Here's how. Follow the steps EXACTLY.

That's what I would do.

You can also try the Gparted program to manage the partitions first, if the CLEAN install won't show you the partitions on the drive in order to delete them.
