Open CPU-Z, on the first tab you'l see a field "Instructions". If there's a mention of "64", your CPU is capable of running 64-bit Windows. This is a screenshot of my aging laptop.
In fact, if your computer is less than 10 years old, there are good chances it can run 64-bit windows. In order to fully utilize it, put more than 4gb of RAM.
