I have problem when i play games need help

hello my problem post here several times already and I did not help.
My problem is that when I play games on laptop stopped the game for 2-3 seconds and goes 2-3 seconds later and so until they stop to play that happens in 10 minutes it happens 2-3 times a when I start to play in the initial 10 minutes is good but later it stopped and I do not know how to solve this problem, now I have to reinstall 2 times but nothing that does not solve my problem as I continued to bother me if anyone knows or wants let me help you write here. good luck

It is probably due to your CPU / GPU overheating. Most laptops do not have proper ventilation and cooling unless they are specifically designed for gaming.

Take compressed air and blow it through the vents to see if there is a large amount of dust and other material buildup.

Get a laptop cooling pad with fans to help keep it cool.
