Question I have problem with my pc

so recently I bought new case lian li 216 and gammax deep cool aio cooler i took my motherboard and all my components to new case installed it and i pressed the start button motherboard and all the fans with rgb in aio was flashing for 3 seconds and went off and didn't power on again until i take out the cable from power supply so I tried to change ram slots and remove one and try another i had spark on my motherboard vey small like orange and the system wont turn on at all now

Im gonna test it today, also What could possibly happen for getting short ? Also im scared if the cpu or ram been damaged
