Question I have several questions about my AIO

I bought a 2 year old NZXT Kraken X63 for under $50.

My main problem is that I can't control the bottom fan.
In the NZXT CAM, it doesn't even adjust the top fan, they don't spin the way they are set there. In BIOS and Fan Control I can control the top fan, cannot the bottom fan.
I have no idea how to fix it, the two fans on the motherboard are wired there:

2.
Is it normal with this cooler and a Ryzen 5 5600x to be above 30 degrees at idle and above 60 degrees after booting ? Even PBO2 is enabled at -19.
Otherwise I have a Corsair 220T RGB case.
During installation a screw broke, could this be a problem ? (so 3 screws hold it)

3.
This is not very AIO related but is it normal to boost to 4.6 GHz at idle ? (Not all the time but 60% of the time)

Thanks if you can help with any of these!

Question regarding "During installation a screw broke, could this be a problem ? (so 3 screws hold it)".

What screw, where?

Are you able to a take a couple of photographs and post the photographs here via imgur (www.imgur.com)?

NZXT Kraken X63: Source? Is it returnable?

Sorry this was indeed not clear.
The block has 4 screws and the bottom right one is broken. I can send a picture: View: https://imgur.com/a/Mc6a08a

It's returnable, but it wouldn't be fair because it didn't arrive broken.

1. Use a fan splitter, then both fans will be controlled the same way.

2. Considering that room temperature is 20c, 30c. inside a case is quite good.

3. Normal. There are boosts of cpu activity at idle. Turbo would be normal.
1. No one said that before, but it seems like a good solution

2. Yeah its between that

3. At least then the cpu is completely fine :)

and... You have perhaps 3 years left on your used aio before you get a clog or pump failure.
Buying a used aio is not a great money saver.
The cooler has 6 years of warranty so 4 years warranty is still left.
For $50 you can't buy an AIO new in my country that has a 4 year warranty and it's a very good cooler. Here this cooler was $200 new, so it doesn't seem like a bad buy to me.
I know that because it's used it will fail sooner but still.

Somewhat moot perhaps but will still ask:

Did the head snap off of the screw that broke - looks that way to me.

Also the screw to the left of the red circled screw does not look like the correct screw to me.

Something seems amiss.

Not really sure so will defer to others....

Re: "wrong screw".

The screw head just seems to be slightly raised above the bracket.

Remember that the threads can be correct and go in properly.

However if the screw head is wrong ( e.g., tapered vs flat) then there will not be a secure mounting.

FYI:

Screw types and sizes

Screw type and sizes II

As you can see there are multiple choices and it is all too easy to mix them up. Nor is it unusual to be sent the incorrect screws as a result for any number of reasons....

Plus that fact that one screw actually sheared off (becoming an increasing issue with many products) is another indication that the screw(s) may not be of good quality

My rule of thumb is to (whenever possible) test thread screws into place in and out a couple of times before putting components into place for final assembly.

Objective being to ensure smooth threading beforehand. No force should be necessary.

In any case my perception of the photograph may be wrong. No harm in asking.
