Your case appears to be full sized and you have a PCIex16 graphics card slot. So physically, you can use any PCIe x16 card. But the power supply might be an issue. Some e510s however, came with a fairly large PSU. Open the case and check the wattage rating on the PSU's nameplate. Then check the +12V section(s) on its nameplate and see how many Amps it can handle. Report back...

You can pretty much put any card that you can afford and that will fit. Have you looked inside the case at the motherboard and at the x16 slot which is the slot closest to the cpu socket. Alot of video cards are about 9 or 10 inches in length so you would have to see how much space there is. The next thing is the price and how much are you willing to spend? Next is what do you want to get the card for ? Is it for gaming or productivity or both?

So here are a few cards to give you an idea as to what prices are and what you can get depending on what you are using it for.

Well , it looks like a 300w power supply comes with thart Pc so unless you want to upgrade the power supply as well you can disregard all of those video cards that I have listed.

ZOTAC ZT-40608-10L GeForce GT 430 (Fermi) 2GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

These two cards will work with a 300w power supply so this is an example of what versions of video cards you will have to look at unless you want to upgrade the power supply that you have.

CORSAIR Builder Series CX600 V2 600W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply
$69.99 and a $20 rebate makes it $49.99

By upgrading to this power supply you would then be able to consider one of the video cards in the first post that I did. I guess it all comes down to you and your budget.
