Did'nt dell ship there tech support over sea's?
It's funny i get people on the phone that have spoken with like 3 techs and there problem is something simple like caps lock or there putting @peoplepc.com with there user name or somehing like that and it takes our tech department like three techs to figure that out.And we hire an joe of the street for tech no knowelge of computers is needed.
