Question I have to turn my PSU on and off before booting my pc

I recently bought a new case for my system and had to put my system into the new case. The pc booted up as normal the first time i tried to turn it on, but when i tried to turn it on a secó d time i had to turn the psu off and wait for 5 seconds before turning it on, and then it worked to boot up my pc again. Does anyone have any idea of what the issue is?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Reread the installation instructions for the new case and all installed components.

Pay special attention to any power connections between case and motherboard.

Verify that all connections are correct and fully/firmly connected.
