Hey there everyone,

I'm having a severe problem with my mouse cursor. Sometimes, when I start my PC, the cursor on the screen will ONLY SHOW on my main monitor. If I move the cursor to another monitor, the cursor "sticks" to my main monitor, and the secondary monitors have an invisible cursor. Additionally, I occasionally have two mouse cursors randomly. I first noticed the issue after a whole bunch of changes on my PC via updating drivers, uninstalling old programs, etc. I want to know if anyone can google-fu a solution because I cannot seem to find one. Thank you for your time.

Note: I have already tried re-installing, from fresh, my graphics drivers.

  • Intel Core i7 7700
  • Windows 10
  • 16 GB RAM
  • SSD and HDD

what mouse have you got? Did you have to install any software to use it?

have you extended the desktop so windows sees both desktops as just one? https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/4340331/windows-10-set-up-dual-monitors

are both cursors on same screen?

I've got a Corsair Harpoon wireless. It uses iCUE, a software. When iCUE is not initialized, the error still occurs. The monitors are not duplicated, as I can move programs around the monitors. Both cursors tend to appear on the main monitor.

For anyone google searching down the line, it was one of two things. I stopped Realtek Audio program from running at startup, and I disabled iCUE's dashboard overlay. Problem solved after a restart.
