[SOLVED] I hear my footsteps trough my phone

Hello, so I just noticed that whenever I step, I can hear it trough my phone. My speaker volume is turned to 0 so it's probably coming trough the speaker that you can hear calls from. Does anyone have any idea why this is hapening?

Do you have a cheap phone?

As in loose parts.. or you can hear it trough the speakers? if trough speakers, do a factory reset, remember backup of your phone.
