Question I installed Debian and went into the BIOS/UEFI and saw that there were two of the same disks in the boot priority section.

It has an SSD, which is the one with Debian installed, and another hard drive with nothing on it, and it has a DVD reader.

What you describe, as I understand it, is a match for what is shown under "Storage Information".

Under "Boot Priority the 2000 GB (SATAG-3) drive is not llisted. Neither is the DVD drive.

The menu is drag and drop - correct?

Check:

1) That the drive description for the 500 GB drive was not accidently overwritten on to to the 2000 GB drive.

2) That the other two drives were correctly dragged and dropped into the Boot Priority menu. (Be sure to confirm any changes that are made.)
