Hi, just brought a dell 530S E5200 w/4gb ram. I am looking for low profile pci express card about$90-100 I can get a 9500 gt or 9600 gt which one is better. i dont want to change power supply. thanks

I guess the stock power supply is 300w with abt 18a at +12v. You'll run into problems with 9600gt which is twice as powerful as 9500gt. If you can, the best bet is to get HD4650/HD4670 which performs near to 9600gt without high power requirements.

I agree with hsetir, u'll most definitely fry your PSU with either of those cards. but with dell it'll probably fry anyway so i'd advise on ditching it soonish.
I'd suggest an OCZ StealthXStream. they're pretty cheap and good quality
