Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? As for the AIO, you might want to know that the Z series of AIO's from NZXT were all horrible...and even the one's that MSI had, the one's that have/had the pump in the radiator instead of the CPU cooling block.

Make and model of your case and the orientation of the AIO with regards to the case?

Perhaps give this thread a read;

Moved thread to Cooling section from CPUs section.

You have PPT set to 1000W and the package is drawing 140w on a 120W tdp cpu.
Put your bios on default and if it has these settings as default turn them down.
Best would be if you could show all bios screens that handle cpu settings.

I reset all bios setting to default yesterday still nothing it has to be my aio or the pump not tpuching the cpu but i doubt that what should i show of bios

If the bios default is to have ppt at 1000w then it's overclocking your CPU and that's why it's getting hot, from the little that I know the settings are still safe-ish, vsoc (which causes ryzen to blow up) is low enough to not cause issues and temp limit is at 95 which is the official max.

Go into bios and if you don't know what to show at least show the starting page so that people can tell you where to go and what to show.
It should be under advanced settings but then it could be called a lot of different things.
