I just installed a new cpu, no beeps, no screen, no post!

Hello, I just ordered a new cpu (Amd FX-6300) and I installed it into my pc (thermal paste and cooler and such). I booted it up and got NOTHING. I tried again and it still did not work. So I switched out and tried my Amd Phenom II x4 and it booted up nicely. My pc specs are: Amd Phenom II x2/ Amd FX-6300
Gtx 960
8 gb ddr3 ram
550w/500w psu
A 10k hdd
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-870A-USB3

Please help me, I spent enough on this computer.

What BIOS version you have on mobo? You need F5h for FX-6300.

I dont know what bios I have and I dont know how to update it. 🙁
