Question I just restarted my acer aspire laptop when i got this blue bar across my screen

So my computer has the message Press Y to reset fTPM, if you have bitlocker or encryption-enabled system, the system will not boot without a recovery Key
Press N to keep previous fTPM record and continue system boot, fTPM will NOT be enabled with new CPU unless fPTM is reset (reinitialized), You could swap back to the old CPU to recover TPM related keys. Whenever I press N nothing happens, what do I do?

I did not make any changes to my laptop, other than doing a restart, and do you mean press no with my mouse, because my cursor does not show up
