Question I keep getting a "this app cannot run on your PC" error message, need help

Ive been dealing with this for a few years now. Every 10 minutes, I get 2 blue pop-ups in a row, saying "This app can't run on your PC" . How do I track down exactly what software is triggering this error?

open eventviewer and look under aplication logs, there should be information which app failed (path to executable) and why did it fail
