I mostly play FPS, MOBA, RTS and Simulation games what monitor is better for me?

These are my two choices for monitors, a 1ms 144hz 1440p one with freesync or a 4ms 144hz 1440p one with freesync and ips.

I would get the IPS panel. They have much more vibrant colors. And even though I've been playing first-person shooters for 25 years, I'm still not good enough at them for a 1ms vs 4ms monitor response time to really affect me.
