I moved my server and now the remote desktop will not work outside of the local network

it is at a new location with a different external ip

It is setup on the network - I can remote to it fine from within the local network - however I can not remote from outside - ie from another location to the server. I am pretty sure I know what it is now - It is in the port forwarding. I just have to figure out how to open the port on the router. Thank you
