I assume you've tried plugging in another appliance to the same outlet to verify that the outlet is ok. Do any lights come on at all. Do you hear fans running. The fact that it was moved does point to something loose; perhaps the power cable could be a suspect, depending on the results of the tests mentioned above.

Hi

Yes we’ve done that, the PC comes on, lights and fans etc, but won’t connect to the PC and the keyboard doesn’t light up or anything. PC and mouse are usb ports so different to monitor.

Thanks for your reply

Have you powered the system down (and disconnected all power sources; i.e., power cable, video, and powered speakers) and verified that the video card (GPU) and memory are firmly seated in their respective slots? If not, remove and reseat them. Reconnect and try powering on again.

It might be something was knocked slightly out of slot and even if everything looks like it's still slotted in like ram and graphics card you should unslot them and the reseat them firmly anyway and check drive cables and other attached cables to make sure none are slightly unplugged from motherboard to rule that out and it may seem like a dumb thing but check you plugged display cable back in to graphics card and not motherboard display out but I agree with the advice given earlier the fact you had moved the system just prior suggests something was either already loose and was knocked out of place or has been shaken loose
