Question I need a "normally" oriented outlet in a horizontal box opening ?

Hello, I have a horizontal outlet box that is in a cutout in ceramic tile. For this reason I want/need to salvage the box, or at the very least the cutout.

I'd like to buy and use one of those taps that has a small shelf on top. To use those, however, it must be plugged in to a receptacle that is positioned vertically.

Although it's a typical single gang, two receptacle outlet, I only need one, vertically oriented receptacle for this to work.

I can think of three possible solutions, but I cannot find any hardware or actual "things" to implement them. So in my mind these are theoretical solutions, but I see no reason why there shouldn't be products for them.

1. A receptacle like this,
but which is rotated 90 degrees, or which can be adjustably rotated according to user preference.

2. A similar product, but which mounts vertically into a horizontal box, with very short arms, and with an accompanying box that accepts an outlet mounted to the short sides instead of to the long ends.

3. A receptacle that mounts into a traditional single gang box, but which -- if the box is horizontal -- has its receptacles side by side, oriented vertically, instead of one above the other. I suspect this thing probably exists, but it is probably hard to find and very expensive. Yet I have not seen one.

Once again, I cannot change the orientation of the existing cutout, and I do not want to add or extend anything else onto the wall near this location.

Any ideas? THANK YOU!
