I am a complete noob when it comes to the hardware, I bought a gaming computer off of somebody but the graphics card is horrible.. the rest of the build is too honestly. Right now it is a gtx 750, and I'm looking to upgrade however I don't know what to buy or what to look for. Please help. I won't be playing any big games, I just am looking for a decent upgrade from what I have now.

What is your HORRIBLE build?:)

My processor is a AMD Ryzen 3 1200, and I have 16 installed ram. Everything is how the pc was given

Yeh something around a 1650/1660 depending on your budget, They shouldn't be massively bottlenecked but anything more would.
What would the installation process be like on my build? Will i need to upgrade any parts or change anything? I talked to a friend asking about my pcieslots, I could only find one that is X1_2

You would just need to remove your GTX 750 (with the system off)and place the new card into the PCI slot it currently sits in. You may also need to plug an 8 pin PCI-E cable from the Power Supply into a socket on the top or end of card.
Here is a YT Video that might help - Link

Thank you for the help, One last thing I'm worried that the upgrade of the gpu won't fit into my case or the slot, is there a way to be sure that it will fit?

I would measure the case and then check the dimensions of the card before you buy (I would be surprised if a 1650/1660 wouldn't fit they are usual pretty short).
