Question I need advice on what monitor to get

I have a few in mind but I don't really know which to get.
Acer's XG270HU
MSI's Optix MAG271C
or the ROG STRIX XG27VQ

What would you guys think? The most expensive is Acer's at $550 (CAD) but on sale for $450, what makes that a $550 monitor?

Get the monitor with gsync it will prevent stuttering and screen tearing if any occurs
