Where this is a good suggestion, be aware that the seller rating isn't where it should be. Check to see if you can find it either direct from Newegg, or a seller that (IMO) is no less than 4.9/5.

mostly gaming

The system suggested as well as the system you listed will not be good for "gaming" outside very simple browser based games such as "Candy Crunch" or the like.

if you are intending any sort of AAA games from the last few years then i would really suggest putting this money away for some time and continue saving.

maybe check on local sales pages(Facebook Marketplace, etc) for used custom built systems with decent components intended for gaming and see what they are going for.
can give you a better idea of what sort of price(s) you should be expecting.
i've sold quite a few used mid-level custom gaming systems for ~$550-800 with pretty nice components.
