Nothing is just "good" without knowing your needs and what the price is. Good/bad aren't binary concepts, but based on your needs and budget.

My house would be great at $100,000 and terrible at $700,000. My house would be great if you need a lot of room, but terrible if you want a small house. My house would be great if you want to live in the suburbs, not so much if you want to live in a straight urban or rural environment.

Similarly, my car was a reasonable buy at $30,000. It would have been a great purchase at $20,000 and an awful one at $40,000. If you need a dependable car with four-wheel drive, it would be a good car for you. If you need to haul lawn equipment or you want to go 0-60 in five seconds, it would be a very bad car for you.

Well what I’m looking for is a standard pc that can run reasonably around the 1.3k budget and my friend is the one trying to sell me his pc which is what I wanted help with to see if it was any good or not.
