Question I need help my mouse randomly freezes while playing certain games and then unfreezes.

Back a couple months ago while playing call of duty my mouse liked to randomly freeze for a quick second and then when it unfreezes it warps to a different spot as if the mouse and inputs would still work while it was frozen. Nothing else is affected during the freezing of the mouse. Keyboard, audio, visuals, etc all work fine and i dont understand what is going on. my computer also DOES NOT make the device disconnected sound either so i genuinely have no clue. Now recently i just started to get back into first person shooters(Rainbow six siege, call of duty, it also happened in helldivers 2 idk why) and its happening again. The time between these freezes are very random. thought i should also mention that the keyboard a week or two ago also randomly had the Rgb turn off on it (IM NOT USING ANY RGB SOFTWARE EITHER) i swapped usb ports and hasnt done it since but i havent tracked the time when it happens as that can be very random ranging from days to weeks.
Things i have tried to fix it
I have used different mice it still happens on both
I have tried different usb ports.
I have tried to delete useless software and try to narrow down some applications. nothing worked
I have cleaned the computer quite thoroughly too but idk if that makes a difference.
I have also ran a full virus scan
Overall thats all i tried

EVGA have a number of 80+ Gold rated PSU's in their portfolio and to my knowledge, all of them, are 650W, not 600. What is the model for your PSU and it's age?

If you're on f2 y1, that BIOS doesn't show up on either of the support sites for their respective PCB versions. Are you on a prebuilt PC? Or were you referring to PCB version 1.x and are on BIOS version f2? If the latter, then you have BIOS versions pending update.

You're pending an update on your OS as well. You should be on 24H2.

yes i was referring to bios version f2 i had just updated my bios right now to the latest. I just checked my power supply again and it says 600w. https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=100-GD-0600-V1 this should be my powersupply. this pc is also a prebuilt from 2021 cyberpowerpc its been fine since then. I will lookout for an update then. I greatly appreciate your help on this

Is it a wired or a wireless mouse? Does it only happen in games?

If it's a wired mouse I'll doubt if your CPU's IF fabric frequence is too high. Slow down your FCLK and check if the problem get solved

only happens in games. i switched to my other mouse and keyboard and nothing has happened so far. at this point ima js get a new mouse and keyboard. it was weird cuz it still happened whenever i used something related to razer but with a whole new set it is fine. it is wired and so is this one

doesnt happen if i use a different keyboard and mouse as using a keyboard with different mouse issue kept on going. at this point ima just get a new keyboard and mouse
