Question I need help no signal to tv. All fans work no usbs work

So my friend kep telling me to see if his graphics card works and he wouldn't stop bugging me so I plug his in and then he tells me he doesn't have a dvi cord... So I take it out and plug my gpu in and no signal... And non of the USBs work I have 6 fans connected to the power supply and those work and the cpu fan works the GPU fans work too. I think it's the motherboard but I don't know how it could have whent bad I need help.

CPU ryzen 5 2600
GPU red dragon rx 570
RAM 2x 8gb ddr4 Corsair vengeance
Motherboard msi b450 tomahawk
