i need help Seagate® Expansion 4tb not working

I boughtSTBV4000100 The Seagate® Expansion 4tb it work well i had transfer 1 tb data to this hard disk without any problem

but today i was shocked when i plug the device to the Power its work only for one minutes or maybe less than a minutes during this minutes the hard disk does not appear in my computer beside other drives like c and d what i have to do ?

i use windows 8

i also tried to plug it in other power but the same problem shutdown from the first one minutes

Navigate to Disk Managment
Check is there an Drive Letter assignet to this drive
if NOT do it
Also you can check Power Managmentd settings - for USB power saving - > OFF

ive had the same problem. I brought mine yesterday and transferred data onto it but today its dead saying that it needs a service.
